Frenk Mutschlechner is a Managing Partner of CFM. Prior to CFM, which he founded together with Christian Fischer, he worked as a Partner at an M&A advisory boutique for 11 years, supporting financial institutions on various strategic and M&A advisory matters. He started his professional career at UBS where he spent 10 years in various finance and M&A functions.
Frenk’s market and industry expertise include private, commercial and retail banking, asset management, brokerage, debt-collection, trust- and fiduciary services. In addition, he has extensive knowledge in due diligence support, company valuation, business planning and strategic advisory as well as financial accounting and controlling and the development of MIS systems. Frenk advised on numerous strategic and M&A transactions in the financial services industry in Switzerland, the US, Austria, Germany, France, Italy, the Channel Islands, Monaco, the UK, the Middle East and in Asia, among others.
Frenk holds a Master in Economics from the University of Basel and an Executive MBA from Rochester University. He is fluent in German, English and Italian.
