Pascal Krattiger joined CFM in October 2021. Prior to joining CFM, he worked in the M&A team of PwC Switzerland's financial industry practice for more than 3 years. During this time, he developed his core competencies in the areas of company valuation, due diligence, and corporate finance. Furthermore, he supported the Munich based Transaction Services team of PwC Germany during a 6-month exchange. His experience is rounded off by a M&A internship at The Corporate Finance Group AG and an assistant position in auditing at EY Switzerland.
During his time at PwC Switzerland, Pascal Krattiger has worked on transactions in the areas of private and retail banking, asset management, leasing and consumer finance as well as insurance. Furthermore, he advised on buy-side due diligence and fundraising projects in the FinTech industry.
Pascal Krattiger holds a Master’s in Finance from HEC Lausanne and is a CFA charterholder. He is fluent in German and English.
