- BNP Paribas (“BNPP”) is a leading global universal bank headquartered in France providing solutions to private and institutional clients, as well as to other financial institutions.
- BNPP has undergone a strategic review and decided to divest its Singapore based trust business, BNP Paribas Singapore Trust Corporation Limited (“STC”), servicing the Asian markets, to an independent and specialised service provider.
