Liberty serves more than 50’000 clients with assets exceeding CHF 5.5bn on its platform.
- Founded in 2013, Avanea operates the Avanea Pensionskasse focused on small and medium enterprises and has additionally successfully specialized in offering services to pensions funds, including management, technical administration and accounting.
- While both parties remain independent, the transaction enables the combination of their complementary strengths with clients of Avanea and Liberty benefiting through an enhanced service range. The partnership allows both parties to further expand their market positioning.
