Marco Brunner

Marco Brunner has been with CFM since 2014. He originally joined the company as an  Analyst directly after university and has meanwhile been promoted to a Director. Prior to joining CFM and during his studies, Marco worked as a part-time junior project manager at Credit Suisse for more than 3 years. Before taking up his studies, Marco gained his first working experience as an audit assistant at Intercontrol AG, an audit & consulting company in Zurich.

At CFM, Marco has worked on numerous M&A transactions and corporate finance projects in the field of financial services in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany, Luxembourg and the Bahamas. Among others, his track record includes various successful transactions such as the sale of Lombard Odier’s Dutch onshore private banking business to InsingerGilissen Bankers or the acquisition of the Luxembourg based private banking business of Catella by VP Bank. Additionally, Marco has conducted several buy- and sell-side financial Due Diligences, company valuations, strategic option analyses as well as market and industry researches.

Marco holds a Master’s degree in Banking & Finance from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences. He is fluent in German and English.
